Privacy at Elevated Context
Elevated Context is a product of Cognispace, LLC. This page explains, in plain terms, what information the Elevated Context website and service handle and how we treat it. Elevated Context is also covered by the company-wide Cognispace Privacy Policy (POL-001), which is the governing document. What we collect
- Account & identity. When you sign in, identity is established through Google and verified by the service. We keep the account and workspace details needed to authenticate you and apply your permissions.
- Content you route through the service. The documents, records, prompts, and tool results your workflows pass through Elevated Context so it can govern access to them.
- Operational data. Logs, security telemetry, and the decision records that make governance auditable (who requested what, and whether it was released, withheld, transformed, denied, or failed closed).
- What you send us. Details you submit through the briefing form so we can respond.
How we use it
To operate, secure, and support the service: authenticating users, enforcing authority on each request, producing audit records, diagnosing issues, and following up on your inquiries. We do not sell your information, and your content is not used to train public or third-party AI models.
Tenant isolation
Every query is bound, on the server, to the tenant it belongs to. One customer’s data is never returned in another customer’s context. If identity, session, and tenant don’t agree, the request fails closed.
Enterprise agreements
If you reach Elevated Context through an employer or enterprise customer, a Data Processing Addendum or Master Services Agreement may add terms. Where an executed agreement conflicts with this summary, that agreement controls.
Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of personal information, subject to the governing Cognispace Privacy Policy and any applicable enterprise agreement. Contact us using the details below.
